Joining a Class

During normal times classes are conducted through a mixture of online and in-person classes.

Even if you can only attend one class a week, consistent attendance is highly recommended. It is a sequential series of movements and each class builds on the last.

With consistent attendance and a moderate amount of practice on your own, you can expect to learn the form from between 6 months to 2 years. One then begins to focus on embodying the principles. Learning Tai Chi can be a slow and non-linear process, but becomes richer the deeper one goes. Patience and enjoyment are the most important qualities for learning.

If you would like to begin please sign up for updates on classes and send me an email that you would like to start learning. I will either feed you into an on-going beginner’s class, or let you know when a new beginner’s class is starting. The first class you take is always free.
